The Art Hound Gallery Pop Art 'Pop' Up at Benets' Cambridge, King's Parade

We're only just recovered from our first Central Cambridge 'Take Over'. Friday May 11th saw The Art Hound Team spread the Pop Art vibe to Benets' cafe on the famous King's Parade in the middle of Cambridge. As we hung works by Warhol and Robert Indiana, overlooking the stately King's College Chapel resulting in a fascinating juxtaposition, we pondered why many Cambridge people, living so close to London, seemed to often revel in a conservative approach to the arts, expressing amazement over the genres of work we stock.
