Robin Ross is a Contemporary British artist. 

Robin followed an illustrious career; from Broadcasting on Radio Caroline, the famous illegal radio ship, and then over 30 years as a D.J., Presenter and music programmer with over 1000 celebrity interviews completed. He was awarded 35 Gold discs for producing and syndicating his exclusive interviews with the legends of Music and Entertainment, including Paul & Linda McCartney, Tom Petty, Diana Ross, Tina Turner, Garth Brooks, Meat Loaf, Joe Cocker, Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins, Michael Caine & the Muppets .....plus many more.
Radio and Music led Robin to many a story and conversation, the opportunities to meet his heroes, to travel the world and to record in Studio 2 at Abbey Road, the legendary Beatles Studio.
Then one day it wasn't fun anymore, so he had the chance to pursue my passion for the art form Screen Printing.
As a professional artist Robin has to date had solo shows in New York and London and is the only International artist to be invited to show at The Moscow Print Market. He has shown his work in Manchester and Austin Texas.
Robin has a current an ongoing Artist in residence post in Lisbon and has also printed in Cuba, worked with Lebanese, Russian and Brazilian artists.
Currently Robin is creating artwork of The Buzzcocks and The Clash images for The Hand of Ray Lowry.
He was the only commissioned artist to create work for BBC Children in Need DIY SOS in 2016. Robin was selected from 1000's of artists to take part in BBC 1's
"Home Is Where the Art Is' which was Transmitted in 2019 with an audience of over 1 million. He won the commission and the response led to numerous commissions from the UK and Ireland.
The prints available from Art Hound an exclusive new edition of 5, created from intricate multilayered imagery taken from photographs of Robin's adventures across the globe. The works have been Screenprinted onto Somerset Velvet paper as the result of a collaboration with The Cambridge Print Studio run by the world famous Master Screen-printer Kip Gresham.

It's often said that Robin has a great face for radio .... the journey continues....
